Rates & Reservations 2011/12

• Rate inclusions - Breakfast, complimentary airport transfers, meet and greet and VAT
• Rate exclusions - Dinner, lunch, bar & curio purchases, laundry and items of a personal nature.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable 15% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 14 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows

• 45 and 31 days prior to arrival 25% of the total amount will be due.
• 30 and 22 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount will be due.
• 21 and 0 days prior to arrival 80% of the total amount will be due.

Children

• Children under 12, On request at R 500.00 per child per night for an extra bed
