Arguably the most striking geological feature along the South African Garden Route are The Heads in Knysna, these sandstone headlands flank the deep and sometimes treacherous channel which floods the Knysna lagoon.

It is against the Eastern head at the mouth to the Indian Ocean, that Beacon House has been created, featuring 4 ultra spacious and luxurious apartments.

A walkway within the development provides residents with access to the various stunning view points at the Heads.

Beacon House is situated in close proximity to Fountain Point, a white beacon used as a guiding point for sailors attempting to negotiate the passage through the Heads. Built into the side of a steep slope, Beacon House boasts views both across the lagoon and out to sea.

Beacon House is situated within walking distance of the lagoon, a restaurant and a coffee bar and offers ample parking for visitors.

Rates Reservations 2011

• Single supplement 30% of the per person rate in high season only, no surcharge for low season.
• Children under the age of 12 years 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults.
• Rate inclusions Accommodation, all meals, drinks on activities, transfers to and from Kasane Airport and two daily safari activities.
• Rate exclusions All drinks, transfers, park entrance fees and purchases of a personal nature.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows;

• 25% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival
• 75% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival
• 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled within 7 days of arrival

CHILDREN

Children under 12 are on a request basis and will pay 50% of the adult sharing rate per night. Children over twelve pay the normal adult sharing rate per night.
