Elephant Valley Lodge
Elephant Valley Lodge lies between the Chobe National Park in Botswana and the equally impressive Matetsi wildlife conservancy, south of the Kazangula border crossing and within the Kasane Forest Reserve. The camp comprises 20 'meru' style luxury safari tents and can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests. The lodge overlooks an extremely productive water hole. Activities include daily safaris and boat cruises into the Chobe National Park. The unique lodge location provides guests with game viewing opportunities throughout the day and night

- Single supplement 30% of the per person rate in high season only, no surcharge for low season.
- Children under the age of 12 years 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults.
- Rate inclusions Accommodation, all meals, drinks on activities, transfers to and from Kasane Airport and two daily safari activities.
- Rate exclusions All drinks, transfers, park entrance fees and purchases of a personal nature.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
For group bookings (greater than 10 guests) cancelled between;
- 45 and 30 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount will be due.
- 29 and 15 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount will be due.
- 14 and 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount will be due.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari.

Wildlife
The Chobe National Park is home to the largest population of wild Elephant, it is estimated to number in excess of 80,000. The park and its surrounds sustain a wide diverstity of wildlife, in part, due to the spectacular Chobe River.

Map & Directions
Elephant Valley Lodge is situated in the Lesoma Valley which lies in the heart of the Kasane Forest Reserve. The reserve is adjacent to the Chobe National Park. There are numerous ways in which the lodge can be reached, they include daily flights into Livingstone, Victoria Falls or Kasane.
Transfers are available from both Livingstone and Victoria Falls and these are provided by numerous transfer companies. The transfer time is approximately 1 hour from either airport and will bring guests to either Kazungula crossing in the case of Livingstone or the Botswana - Zimbabwe border post in the case of Victoria Falls. At the Kazungula crossing (border between Zambia and Botswana) a short boat trip will ferry guests to the Botswana side where an Elephant Valley lodge game viewer will be waiting to meet guests.
Please note that as of 01 October 2010 Elephant Valley will no longer be collecting and dropping off guests from the border posts of Kazangula Ferry (Zambia/Botswana) and Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe/Botswana) as well as Immigration in Kasane Town.
