KAPAMA RIVER LODGE

Kapama is one of South Africa’s largest privately owned game reserves, perfectly positioned in the Limpopo province safari area, renowned for its high density of big game animals. A game drive in Kapama Game Reserve, with a qualified ranger and expert tracker, reveals Africa’s big game and many secrets of the other marvels of the African bush. River Lodge offers generous capacity, ideally suited to groups and incentives, whilst retaining intimate spaces for individuals.

The recently completed spa suites provide private and exclusive individual luxury whilst enjoying the features of River Lodge. The lodge also features multiple dining areas including, the boma, the river bed and a state-of-the-art multifunctional venue, ideal for events of all types. The sophisticated spa and wellness centre includes multiple treatment rooms for both individuals and couples, a lap pool, and an equipped gym amongst other facilities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

For group bookings (greater than 10 guests) cancelled between;

90 or longer days prior to arrival 25% of the total amount will be due..
90 and 30 days prior to arrival 40% of the total amount will be due.
30 and 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount will be due.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome at Kapama River Lodge. All children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives and bush walks. Children will be permitted on game drives and walks at the sole discretion of the ranger.

Map & Directions

Kapama Game Reserve is approximately 5,5 hours from Johannesburg and routes through Dullstroom. Daily flights are available to Eastgate Airport (HDS), transfers are provided in open landrovers directly from the airport.
