Rates & Reservations 2011/12

• Single supplement 50% of the per person sharing rate applicable to Standard & Executive rooms..
• Children – 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults in the standard suites in the executive suites or with 4 adults in the family suites. Children would then be accommodated on a sleeper couch.
• Family Suite rate based on 4 adults sharing or 2 singles in the suite.
• Rate inclusions Accommodation, all meals, teas & snacks and two daily safari activities.
• Rate exclusions Park entrance fees, all drinks and purchases of a personal nature.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

• For group bookings (greater than 10 guests) cancelled between
• 45 to 30 days prior to arrival 30% of total accommodation amount
• 29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation amount
• 14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of total accommodation amount

CHILDREN

• Children under the age of 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide.
• Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari and, where possible, a kiddies safari will be arranged between normal safari times.
• Baby sitting can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.
